Take a bread slice and cut its corners.
Roll it flat with a rolling pin.
Water the sides for easy pasting of rolls.
Spread the Schezwan sauce evenly on whole bread.
Place a small square size cheese slice in middle of the bread
Please note: Cut a smaller square from a standard size cheese slice to easily fit inside a bread.
Roll it carefully with fingers to give it a shape of barrel.
Focus on securing the last roll so that the barrels do not fall apart and stay put.
Prepare Cornflour solution with little water and salt to coat the barrels for even texture
Coat each barrel nicely into Cornflour solution before cooking in oil.
Now heat oil on a non stick griddle and cook the barrels evenly from all sides until golden brown.
Serve hot for melted cheese inside😍
